RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Swanky Party Box makes every effort to ensure that your items reach you
in good condition but sometimes unexpected things happen.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Should you receive any item that is damaged or defective please follow the procedure below.
- Please contact us WITHIN 3 days of receipt of the item.
- A return label will be emailed to you
- Please package only the defective item and ship item/s within 5 days of receipt of return label.
Replacement items will be shipped at no additional expense to you. If a refund is requested it will be issued once the item/s are received and verified to be damaged or defective.
- Please contact us WITHIN 3 days of receipt of your order.
- Provide us with details of the error (For example, incorrect items shipped or missing an item)
- If necessary, a return shipping label will be emailed to you
- Please package the incorrect items and ship to us within 5 days of receipt of return label.
The correct items will be mailed at no additional expense to you. For missing items, we will check our video packaging log to verify what items were packaged along with box shipping weight. Once verified the missing items will be mailed to you at no additional expense.
Should you have any other discrepancy with your order other than what is listed above please follow the procedure below.

- Provide us with details of the discrepancy.
- Package your items carefully so they are not damaged during shipping. Items that arrive damaged will not be refunded.
- Party boxes and party packs must be returned in full.
- You will receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER that must be included with your shipment.
- Return shipping fees will be your responsibility.
- All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase date to qualify for a refund.
- The original shipping fees are not included in the refund amount.
- There is a restocking fee of 25%
