We've added fabric ties with a St. Patrick's Day theme, with lots of shamrocks and various shades of green to let this gorgeous decor stand out. Fabric Strips - 4ft (48 inches)

Glue Dots (to attach balloons to wall - if this will remove paint, paper from wall please do not use).
SELF ASSEMBLY (DIY)
The balloons, fabric strips and trim will arrive unassembled. Your balloons will need to be inflated with air. Your fabric strips and trim will need to be tied to your string using the instructions that are included.

PLEASE NOTE: The edges of our fabric strips are not sewn, we do our best to trim the edges before shipping but some fabrics are prone to fraying so they may arrive slightly frayed. They may fray more during assembly, please use a scissors to remove any loose threads after assembling.
The strips of trim and fabric will be the same or similar to those shown in the image.
