ASSEMBLY REQUIRED - Some assembly is required. Your card stock banner will arrive with string and a needle, your flags have precut holes for stringing. Your balloons will arrive deflated and ready for blowing and assembly along with instructions and necessary materials.
MEASUREMENT - Each flag measures 6 inches in height. Balloons are in an assortment of 11 inch and 5 inch balloons.
DETAILS - Handmade in the USA, with plenty of extra string to make it easy to hang.
