ASSEMBLY REQUIRED - Your balloons will arrive deflated and ready for blowing and assembly.
Your burlap flags will arrive pre-painted with jute string & a needle, ready for assembly.
MEASUREMENT - Each burlap flag measures 4 inches in height & 6 inches in width. Balloons are in an assortment of 11 inch and 5 inch balloons. Complete balloon garland measures approx 3ft in length.
SHIPPING - This kit will ship within 1 or 2 business days
