IMPORTANT INFORMATION

ASSEMBLY REQUIRED - Your cardstock banners will arrive with string, a needle and your printed flags that have precut holes for stringing.   Your balloons will arrive deflated and ready for blowing and assembly.

MEASUREMENT - The balloon garland measures 6 ft and each flag measures 4 inches in width x 6 inches in height

SHIPPING - This kit will ship within 1 or 2 business days
