ASSEMBLY REQUIRED - Your banner will arrive with string, a needle and your printed flags that have precut holes for stringing. Your balloons will arrive deflated and ready for blowing and assembly.
MEASUREMENT - The balloon garland measures 3 ft, each banner flags measures 6 inches in height and 4 inches in width, and the bear balloon measures 34 inches.
