MEASUREMENT - The balloon garland measures 4 ft. Each burlap flag measures 4.5 inches in width by 6.5 inches in height.

ASSEMBLY TIME - Please allow 5 to 10 minutes per cluster, we recommend assembling 24 to 48 hours prior to your event.
***We recommend using a hand pump or electric balloon pump to inflate the balloons in your garland!

BALLOON QUALITY - We use 100% biodegradable latex balloons and premium brands - TUFTEX, Sempertex, Kalisan
DETAILS - Latex balloons made from 100% natural rubber are biodegradable and break down over time. Just be sure to pop and dispose of them properly, as released balloons can still harm wildlife.
LATEX BALLOON WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD.
Children under 8 years can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required. Keep uninflated balloons away from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
