Make your own banner. You get the paint and we'll send you the blank burlap pennant flags. Personalize these for your wedding, home or special event.
These fishtail shaped burlap flags have a plastic backing to secure the burlap and prevent it from fraying.
You will receive a complete kit which includes your 12 plain burlap flags, instructions on how to stencil, a large needle and string for hanging.

DETAILS - Each flag measures 4 inches in width & 6 inches in height. Handmade in the USA, with plenty of extra string to make it easy to hang.
QUALITY - Burlap flags are backed to ensure they do not fray and last a lifetime.
