IMPORTANT INFORMATION
ASSEMBLY REQUIRED - Your banners will arrive with string, a needle and your die cut letters that have precut holes for stringing. Your balloons will arrive deflated and ready for blowing and assembly.
MEASUREMENT - The balloon garland measures 3 ft, the letters on the fiesta banner each measure approximately 6 inches in height. Each cactus measures 6 inches in height, and 4 inches in width.
