Full banner: This 1st birthday banner comes fully assembled, use the attached double sided tape to help hang on a high chair. Dowel is included if you'd like to hang it on the wall without the tassels.

Balloon Tower: This arrives with all balloons flat / uninflated. Instructions are included along with a QR code to a video which will help you easily assemble the tower.
